Request for Commonwealth Subject Identification Card

Prerequisites

Before you can request a Commonwealth Subject Identification Card, you must be a member of the Royal Registry de Jure and hold a living title name with the corresponding RRDJ number.

Please note: We will need to have a recent passport photo (taken within the last 6 months) of you adjoining your application. You can take and print your own passport photo. Please use this guideline to help you creating a nice passport photo.

Expiration of the Identification Card

The card will be valid for 5 years from issuing date.

Re-issuing card due to error
